Crunchy Yoghurt with Raspberries

  1. Take all the raspberries except 6. Place them aside for decoration later on. Mash the raspberries and mix them with 1/3 of the yoghurt and a tablespoon of sugar.
  2. Make crumbles of all the cookies and put a half in two glasses (1/4 in each).
  3. Add the raspberry-yoghurt on top of the crumbles. Then add the remaining crumbles on top of the raspberry-yoghurt.
  4. Add the remaining sugar to the remaining yoghurt, mix and put on the layer of crumbles.
  5. On the top you can now place on each glas 3 raspberries, some chocolate chips and cinnamon for decoration.
  6. Cool for at least 30 minutes. Serve
