If I would have the time, I would go there twice a day. That being said, it&#8217;s not a possibility just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides that, you can&#8217;t work out hard every day and expect optimal results in strength and muscle growth. I had an easy and relaxed start into my day. Once I had my mobility routine done and breakfast was eaten, I headed to the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the gym, I went for a brisk walk. I do these sessions for 30 to 60 minutes and watch shows or catch up on my podcasts. Most of the time I end these sessions with some stretching and\/or mobility work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As this was a Sunday, meal prep was part of my day too and more wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For no particular reason, besides some n=1 experiments, I did my first ever coffee enema. I am not sure if this will be part of my future, but I&#8217;ll give it a try.
