This means on the scale to get closer to 90kg lean BW<\/li><li>Compete in at least 1 powerlifting meet (I already signed up for a meet in May!)<\/li><li>Deadlift 200kg for more than 1 rep<\/li><li>Squat 200kg<\/li><li>Bench press 100kg for sets of 5<\/li><li>OHP 85kg<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of that I would like to work on the following two goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Train 10 people and get them bigger\/leaner\/stronger<\/li><li>Keep adding helpful content on Youtube and Instagram.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMART goals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These goals are very specific to the sport of powerlifting. In order to actually develop meaningful goals, I use the SMART goals system. SMART means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Smart<\/li><li>Measurable<\/li><li>Achievable<\/li><li>Realistic<\/li><li>Timely<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an easy system to great goals that make sense and you can actually fulfil. Nothin is frustrating to miss out on unrealistic goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll share a lot more details and thoughts about all of these goals in my video.
