With this program, you can expect to make exceptional absolute strength progress in the barbell squat, barbell deadlift and the barbell bench press.&nbsp;<strong>It also includes coaching videos starring powerlifting competitor Ben Pollack<\/strong>&nbsp;to help you with competition prep and what to expect on the day of the competition. It shifts your focus from how you look to how well you perform. Along with strength you will gain whole body muscle and a \u201cfaster\u201d metabolism when combined with a good diet. In order to successfully complete this 11-week program, you will need access to a squat rack, an adjustable sturdy bench, a barbell and dumbbells.
