They sponsored the bigger part of the used ingredients. They set-up a challenge every month, outlining a few guidelines.\u00a0For the June 2016 challenge, the guidelines\u00a0are &#8220;Summer&#8221;. Furthermore, they ask to mainly use products of their home brand and set a budget. In this case, I had a maximum of EUR 25,&#8211;. Besides those guidelines Delhaize only asked to publish what I did with the budget.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Crunchy Yoghurt with Raspberries<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every beginning has an end. In the\u00a0case of my fancy 3-course menu, it&#8217;s the dessert. The\u00a0crunchy yoghurt with raspberries once again is a light Summer dish. All you need are some raspberries and cookies. The rest is technique in form of <strong>layering<\/strong> and <strong>decorating<\/strong>. Of course, you could also make the dessert <strong>easily vegan<\/strong> by replacing the diary with a soy yoghurt or even <a href=\"http:\/\/taoofstefan.com\/blog\/lifestyle\/alpro-go-on\/\" target=\"_blank\">soy quark<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fancy 3-course Menu on a Budget<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you work on a menu, you have to have several things in your mind. Of course, you need to carefully plan every dish itself, but also find a way to link them in one way or another. In my menu all the dishes have a fruit incorporated and all dishes have an item that makes the individual plate light in taste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I didn&#8217;t stop here, though. As my intention of this menu was to make it for two people who are on a date night, it also had to\u00a0be fancy and simple to cook. You don&#8217;t want to have your date waiting for ages for the food, while you stress yourself in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After having already eaten two\u00a0of the courses, you really don&#8217;t want to spend much time in the kitchen preparing any food anymore. Chances are that there is some chaos in the kitchen, wich would make cooking difficult. You might also be a little <strong>tired<\/strong>, or a little <strong>stuffed<\/strong>. In case it goes well during your dinner, it might be that you don&#8217;t want to leave your date alone for a second. The crunchy yoghurt with raspberries will enable you just that. Not only is it <strong>prepared easily in advance<\/strong>.
