Crunchy Yoghurt with Raspberries
(best would be homemade)
cookies with chocolate chips
Take all the raspberries except 6. Place them aside for decoration later on. Mash the raspberries and mix them with 1/3 of the yoghurt and a tablespoon of sugar.
Make crumbles of all the cookies and put a half in two glasses (1/4 in each).
Add the raspberry-yoghurt on top of the crumbles. Then add the remaining crumbles on top of the raspberry-yoghurt.
Add the remaining sugar to the remaining yoghurt, mix and put on the layer of crumbles.
On the top you can now place on each glas 3 raspberries, some chocolate chips and cinnamon for decoration.
Cool for at least 30 minutes. Serve
