  1. Add all the wet ingredients into a bowl and mix until you have a smooth texture.
  2. Then add all the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until all the ingredients have combined to a smooth dough
  3. Fill into your muffin pan and bake at 180°C for around 25 minutes

Please note that you don’t need any additional sugar for the muffins. The sweetness comes from the banana, the applesauce, the chocolate spread and cacao powder.

As the dough is vegan you can without any issues try it raw first. In case it’s really not sweet enough for you, feel free to add some sugar 🙂
