Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 170°C
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in another bowl. Add the egg and the egg white and mix until the mixture becomes foamy but not stiff.
  4. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients into egg mix.
  5. Mix in gently all the optional add-ins.
  6. Grease your pan, fill with the dough (which will be slightly runny).
  7. Bake for ca 25 minutes. The paleo hazelnut chocolate fudge will most likely be a little runny in the middle. If that’s the case let sit for up to 10 minutes in the remaining oven heat (turn off the oven though).
