Put muffin paper cups into a standard muffin tin, set aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
Melt the butter, add the pumpkin and stir.
Now add the eggs (not earlier as they might be cooked from the heat of the butter) and stir until everything is fully incorporated.
Add it to the dry ingredient mixture and stir until the dough is a moist mixture.
Put the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
It’s ready when the muffin passes the wooden toothpick challenge: insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin, if the toothpick comes out clean the muffins are ready.
