Mind Pump Media started out as a podcast. The hosts, Sal, Adam and Justin, together with the producer Doug, share their insights about fitness, health or fat loss in almost daily shows. They really tell it as it is, debunking common myths, misunderstandings in order to help you figure out what works and what doesn’t. In this article, I introduce you to MAPS Anywhere.
“MAPS Anywhere is our program for people who prefer to workout at home, on the road, or literally anywhere away from a traditional gym. MAPS Anywhere is more effective than most gym based workout routines because of its expert programming and phasing. It is broken up into 2 phases, each lasting 2 weeks. Phase 1 focuses on STABILIZATION, encouraging mobile movement throughout the body. Phase 2 focuses on STRENGTH & MUSCLE GROWTH. This program requires 4+ workouts per week.”
Why am I doing this?
After repeating myself a few times, I decided to review the MAPS programs. I have a playlist with all of them on youtube: Mind Pump Review Playlist.
Just to be clear: this review is my personal opinion. No one paid me to do it. I received no incentive to write this article or record the video.
MAPS Anywhere Review
In the review, I tackle all the questions mentioned above, and more. If you are intrigued, have a look and make sure to give my video a like and share your thoughts in the comments too. I will share more videos in the future and would love to see you around, so make sure to subscribe to my channel.
MAPS Anyhwere is for all the people who don’t have access to a gmy. You can use while you are at home. Or maybe you use it while you are in a hotel room during your business travels. You can use it also as a break in between other programs to mix things up. It’s really versatile
You will learn everything about MAPS Anywhere in my YouTube review, but here are a few highlights of the program:
MAPS Anywhere is a bodyweight based program that uses bands for the training. It therefore really requires only very limited equipment. It’s easy to scale and comes with a bonus TRX mod and NEAT targets too.
You will have a couple of training sessions a week and you can adjust intensity or regress or progress exercises.
On top of that, I share a free training program in my video. I used this myself for a couple of months when I couldn’t go to the gym and liked it. You only need some time and bands. All the details are in the review. And it’s completely free.
I hope this gets you excited to watch my review!
