Mind Pump Media started out as a podcast. The hosts, Sal, Adam and Justin, together with the producer Doug, share their insights about fitness, health or fat loss in almost daily shows. They really tell it as it is, debunking common myths, misunderstandings in order to help you figure out what works and what doesn’t. In this article, I want to share my thoughts about how to progress after finishing the MAPS RGB bundle.
The first fitness program they ever sold was MAPS Anabolic, which is now part of the MAPS RGB bundle. Years ago I bought the RGB bundle, just to see what it was all about. And to learn more about programming.
The RGB bundle consists of:
- MAPS Anabolic (Red Youtube Review)
- MAPS Performance (Green Youtube Review )
- MAPS Aesthetic (Black Youtube Review)
Why am I doing this?
The reason I did this review, is because people kept asking me about my thought about it. Does it work? How was it? Is it fun? Can you actually get stronger? Is it worth the money?
Just to be clear: this review is my personal opinion. No one paid me to do it. I received no incentive to write this article or recording the video.
MAPS RGB Progression
In the progression video, I tackle all the question about how to move on after you run the MAPS RGB bundle once. If you are intrigued, have a look and make sure to give my video a like and share your thoughts in the comments too. I will share more videos in the future and would love to see you around, so make sure to subscribe to my channel.
You will learn everything you need to know about how to progress your fitness journey in my YouTube review.
The RGB bundle focuses on a more strength-building approach (MAPS Red), followed by a way more athletic performance (MAPS Green), and concludes with a bodybuilding approach program.
The video focuses on these points. How to progress if you want to continue the strength road. Or focus on how to build even more athleticism. Or, to conclude the tree-branching, how to train even more like a bodybuilder.
While there are plenty of programs on the Internet, I will focus on which MAPS program you could use to follow each of these branches.
I hope this video helps you along your fitness journey. And now enjoy the video 🙂
